"Regent" Ayurvedic Information Center and Spice Garden

  Sri Lanka has numerous herbal plants, many used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, such as gotu kola ( Centellaasiatica )for memory and wound healing, neem ( Azadirachtaindica ) for skin and detoxification, and turmeric ( Curcumalonga ) for inflammation.
